I felt like I had a cold or the flu coming on last weekend. I waited until Monday am to go to see my real doctor cause I never get a true diagnosis from those urgent care doctors. He did a lung x-ray and I had pneumonia in my left lung on the lower half. He gave me some antibiotics and an inhaler and some cough syrup and told me that if I didn’t feel better in two days to call him. By Wednesday, I felt really really bad. I had this weird rattle in my chest that I could hear even if I closed my mouth and just breathed through my nose. So, I went back in and I had pneumonia in both sides of my lungs and in all parts. My fever was about 100, but it wouldn’t stay gone even with Tylenol every four hours. Your pulse ox number is how much oxygen is in your blood. It should be 96%. Mine was about 87-88%. I was also dehydrated so it was really hard to find a vein to put my IV in. They tried five different places before they got one. I can usually take anything, but that had me on the edge. So, first night was kind of rocky but I didn’t feel that terribly bad. Second day was a different story all together. My antibiotic IV made me so nauseated and I was coughing so hard that I would pee on myself. I swear, Elvee saw the worst of me this past week for sure. So, I had to take these breathing treatments every four hours and take oxygen. I still feel kind of crappy and I will apparently feel this way for a good two months and I won’t be 100% for about six months. It’s crazy that people die from pneumonia all the time. It really was scary. So, the show must go on. I go back to work tomorrow.

Got admitted into the hospital for this pnuemonia crap on Wednesday afternoon and just got released tonight. That was the longest 48 hours of my life. I’ll give you the gory details later when I can sit in front of this computer for longer. Til then, I am alive and it looks like I will remain that way for now.

So, I went to the doctor today because I still felt like total shit and guess what I freaking have? God damned pnuemonia! Yes, you read that right. Pnuemonia. I feel like ass. Wouldn’t you think that having pnuemonia would mean that your fiance would turn the TV down just a little so you could sleep? Or stop joking when you totally could not be in less of a joking mood? Or stop telling you to not be so grumpy? You WOULD think so, but you’d be wrong. You’d also be wrong if you thought your "friend" with OCD that can be a total ass wouldn’t call you and tell you that you did your thank you cards wrong (after you mentioned the pneumonia, for Christ’s sake). And you’d be wrong if you thought that she wouldn’t, for once, call you six times in one afternoon about the dumbest shit on the planet. I AM SICK. Like really really could end up in the hospital sick. I have moments of feeling just fine, but in an instant, I go back to feeling like I might keel over in a split second. It’s been over a hundred degrees here in Texas and I hate that on a good day. With a fever, it feels like I cannot get it cold enough in here. I’m going to have to take donations for my electric bill. So, all that being said, if you even have a slight question in your selfish little brain that something might annoy me, then leave me alone cause I will CUT YOU. Oh, and did I mention that I have a wedding in about three weeks that shit isn’t getting done for because I’m sick? Well, I do. So, if you need a "favor" or want to aggrevate me in the slightest, then go shove it. K, thanks.

This is my list of things left to be accomplished for the wedding, now commonly referred to as "uh-unh, hell no. Why again? Tell me."

I think I’m coming down with something. I feel like total crap. My skin feels overly sensitive and I’m hot, but I don’t have fever. Oh, and I have a cough again. Dude, how can I get sick twice in one six month period. I hate my immune system right this second.

Brian,
I adore you more than fried macaroni and cheese. When I said that I felt like no one cared about my wedding (except for Lissa and Tracy), I meant my friends back home or the ones here that had no idea I was even getting married. They haven’t even said anything about coming. Well, now they have, but I had to harrass people for RSVPs. Anyway, you and your family have been awesome to me and that’s why I love you all so much. Secretly though, I love you the most. No one else gropes me. Or paints me cocks.
Sincerely,
Your fake wife (even though we know the real deal),
Dawn

Since it took me three days to illegally download this song, I thought I’d share it with you, world.

Last and probably biggest thing going on right now in my life is that the boy is home now. In case you are just joining us, he was in rehab for the past four months. Things are going really really well with him now though. We are going to start going to counseling together and apart soon just to keep him and us on the right track. Last night was his first night home and it was kind of weird to tell you the truth. We’ve had two totally different schedules for the past four months that we’ve been apart. I forgot how noisy he could be. I really welcome his being here though. I missed him something awful.
On the wedding front, things are coming along well. I went yesterday to the party rental place to pick out my linens and other things. I’m a little over budget now. But oh, the colors! I couldn’t resist. I am doing hot pink, light pink, aqua, and dark brown. I have pretty much everything else picked out or set up as well. The only thing left is to iron out the final details with the caterer. Looks like I’m really getting married. Kind of crazy if you ask me.

I am really trying to develop my photography skills. I just got a new Holga camera. It’s a pinhole type camera and it’s actually a toy camera from Japan. It was super cheap and the pictures are a neat 5×5 when you get them processed. Here are a few from my first try out roll.

You ever get that feeling that people are avoiding you so that they don’t have to go to your wedding? Yeah, me too.
This does not include my two bestest friends, Tracy and Lissa, or my mom, but like no one else has even acknowledged receiving my wedding invitation. It’s like a free party, asses. Say something.

Here is a really good article that puts into prespective what I want to tell you about dog food. I don’t use that particular brand of dog food but here is a link to a comparison of what I used to feed them and what I am using now. It’s called Innova and people have been telling me about it. It makes your dog have a shiner coat and more energy and just overall better health. It’s made with all natural ingredients and nearly no preservatives. It’s not that much more expensive than what I was buying at Petsmart either. Maybe $5-7 more per bag. That’s $10-14 more per month. Totally worth it if it keeps them around longer, you know? You can only get it at certain stores so it is less convenient, but I started researching corn meal and aggressiveness in dogs and apparently there is a link. More of the less expensive and some of the expensive dogs foods have that as the primary ingredient. So, anyway, I know there are alot of dog owners that read this site. Just some extra info for you. Do what you will with it.

Today I bought a new external hard drive. Dude, I have 120GB of memory now. My whole computer only had 30 on my C drive before. Everything is lightning fast now. Love it!
