Sorry for the lack of updates lately. I just haven’t feel witty or like there was anything worth talking about. I’ve basically just been trying to make my home a happy home and be a normal couple. Lord knows we need some of that. We’ve had major ups and downs for the better part of our nine years together, but I really feel like this time might be the one that sticks in the good.
Anyway, so I’ve been unpacking (still, yes) and buying things for the house. I start back up with my trainer this week. That should be awful. I haven’t gone to the gym since September. Damn it. Lord being chunky is difficult. It’s always a battle. Always. And it forever will be is the bad news. I need to just accept that I will always have to work on staying in shape and healthy. Neither of those things come easy to me.

Get down girl… handle your business. If you have to work to keep your home happy, it will be worth it in the long run, I promise.
Good luck with the trainer!

Dude. I’ve been doing Cardio Kickboxing with a DVD called “10 Minute Solutions Kickbox Bootcamp”…and it is the bomb diggety! They pack a lot of stuff in 10 minutes and there are 5 different workouts…so you have the potential to do 50 minutes of cardio if you want to!
10 minutes is kicking my ass at the moment but this is so fun that I’m toying with the idea of going home and doing another workout even though I did one this morning followed by 20 minutes of Yoga!
Getting in shape does suck. I’m not enjoying my efforts either but I’ll be happy I made the commitment when I hit my goal.
Good luck with the trainer and having a happy home front!
