Plant a fully ripened (black) banana at the base of your rose bush. They LOVE it. See?

I don’t plant a whole banana but I toss all my banana skins around the base of the rose bush and get lots of lovely blooms.
Do you know any other plants that thrive on bananas?
Or what is it in the banana that the roses thrive on?
